Q: Can the size be customized?

A: Of course, we offer custom-made solutions for your goods, ensuring the best possible fit. And the color can also be customized. Our design services come with no added other costs, and can even be customized to maximize your warehouse space. Let us help you optimize your storage needs.

Q: What is the minimum quantity for standard roll containers?

A: MOQ is 1*20GP for standard item. You could start a MOQ to test the quality. Without too much cost.

Q: Can you design drawings for me?

A: Just provide us with the specific details, like the size of your warehouse. We'll create 3D drawings and visual renderings of the roll containers and give you an accurate quotation based on the designs.

Q: How long is the warranty of the roll containers?

A: We guarantee the product for 1-3 years under the premise that you are not violent and not overweight using. Usually, it can be used for 5 years. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Q: How do you control the quality?

A: Our inspection process is systematic and carried out by a highly experienced team. We adhere to customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, meticulously performing inspections at each stage of production. Our quality standards are crystal clear, ensuring excellent product outcomes.

Q: Do you have roll containers in stock?

A: We don't have roll containers in stock usually. But if you purchase the standard model, the roll containers will be manufactured in a shorter time.

Q: How to store the roll containers when not in use?

A: When not in use, roll containers can be folded and then nested. After careful calculation, this can save around 70% of space.

 

Payment

 

Q: What is the payment method?

A: We accept any convenient and prompt payment methods, but the most widely used one is T/T. The payment term is usually 50% down payment before production and 50% before shipment.

 

Sample

 

Q: Can you send me some samples of your products?

A: Yes, we are happy to send the samples of roll container. Through the samples, you can know the quality of our roll containers. It should be mentioned that our samples are not free.

Q: Is there any charges for samples?

A: Samples are charged, it is imperative to note that we only charge for the labor costs and not for profit. And upon confirmation of your order(Order contains at least 1*40HQ), we will return the sample cost. We guarantee the quality of our samples and will provide progress updates through photos and videos for your review. If you have any specific requests during the sample preparation, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Q: Can you make samples according to my photo?

A: Just photos are not enough, it need to have size and carrying capacity so that we can produce products that suit your warehouse. You are able to custom a variety of details such as logo and name plate to your preference. Once the sample is complete, we thoroughly review and test it to ensure it meets your specifications. As part of our quality assurance process, we supply inspection reports.

Q: Can I come to China for factory inspection?

A: Of course, if you come to China, we will arrange the trip for you. If you are not convenient to come to China, we can also inspect the factory online through Wechat, whatsapp and etc.

Q: Does your company have after-sales service?

A: We offer a one year warranty, and we can provide warranty service as long as the problem occurs within one year under reasonable use circumstances. In addition, we offer a remote installation guidance service if you have questions about installation.

Q: Does your company have export experience?

A: Yes, YST logistics have over 17 years extensive experience in the field. And understand customs requirements clearly, the export certificates and bills of lading can be provided, ensuring a comprehensive approach to your shipping requirements.

Q: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

A: With ample export experience, our company not only offers FOB, CNF, CIF, EXW services, but also provide DDU and DDP services. After confirming that the product packaging is correct, transport of your goods to the designated port, customs clearance is then promptly arranged. Usually the transit time ranges from 15-45 days, contingent upon distance.

Q: What to do if there is product damage during transportation?

A: It happens on rare occasions because we ensure that all our products are well-packaged before being shipped. In the rare event of transportation damage, rest assured that we will swiftly assemble a team to resolve the issue and provide a customized solution. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Q: How long can I receive the goods?

A: It takes about 30 days, it includes: design and manufacturing, packaging, custom clearance and loading and shipping. Usually the transit time ranges from 15-45 days, contingent upon distance.
