How do we make roll containers from mild steel?
Before you get roll containers, it undergoes various procedures:

Derusting & Cutting

Mainly deal with the wire and tube part of the roll containers.

A: Remove the rust caused by oxidation.
B: Drawing and straightening, make the metal wire to reduce the cross-section, increase the length and change from a curved state to a straight state.
C: Cut the square tubes and the round tubes required to the corresponding size with the fully automatic tube cutting machine.

Bending & Forming

A: Place the tube cut in the previous step which pressed into a frame with a bending machine.
B: Other small accessories include hinges for detachable panel connections, and buckle etc. are pressed into shape with a puncing machine.

Welding

These include the welding of the wire mesh itself, the welding between the mesh and the small accessories.

A: Among them, the mesh welding can use the gantry welding machine, which can be welded row by row.
B: The rest of the welding all need fully automatic welding machine or manual welding.

Polishing

The welded mesh is polished to remove surface defects by angle grinder and make it smoother and more uniform.

Not only does this improve the aesthetic appeal of the mesh, but it also enhances its corrosion resistance, making it more durable and effective for long-term use.

Surface finish

There are two methods for surface finish of roll containers, one is powder coating and the other is zinc galvanized.

A: Powder coating: Hang the parts, enter the powder coating line, then aim the spray gun at the surface of the parts, spray the primer evenly to avoid sagging and dripping.
B: Zinc galvanized: After the parts are degreased, then washed, rusted, polished, the surface is plated with alloy.

Packaging

Packaging by plastics straps (to avoid breaking) → covering with plastics film to fix and protect (reduce product damaged)
In addition, you can choose whether to assemble before packaging. Assembly means the goods can be used immediately, conveniently and quickly. No assembly means more space and cost savings.
