What is the roll container?
Roll container, also called roll cage or cage trolley, is a unit mobile handling equipment equipped with four casters for transporting and storing materials. It is often used in logistics distribution of large supermarkets or logistics turnover in factory.
These trolleys are constructed from sturdy metal frames, and are characterized by their cage-like design that allows for the visibility and ventilation of the contents they carry. How to choose the right roll containers?
▶Top lid: Adding the top lid ensures the safety of the goods.
▶Detachable shelf: Makes better use of the space of the roller container, goods can be placed in layers. Please place heavy objects underneath to avoid overturning.
▶Castors: Include 2 fixed casters and 2 swivel casters, both of which are used together. The size of castor is 5″, and materials can be selected from Nylon, PP, PU or Rubber.
▶Textile straps: Secure goods and prevent them from falling by connecting two sides.
▶ID plates: Recording information on an ID plate aids in identifying the shipment.
▶Half-open door: Convenient access to storage on top.
▶Locks: Protect the cargo safety by storing valuables securely.

What Kind Of surface treatments do the roll containers have?
Powder Coating
Principle: The process involves applying a dry powder to the surface of steel. The coating is applied electrostatically and is then cured under heat, allowing it to flow and form a "skin." This curing process causes the powder to bond together and adhere to the surface being coated, creating a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint.
Benefit: Powder coating provides a more durable finish than liquid paints can offer, making it suitable for use on items that are exposed to harsher conditions such as supermarkets, distribution centre, and outdoor.
Zinc Galvanizing
Principle: Zinc galvanizing is a process in which a layer of zinc is bonded to steel to protect against corrosion. During the process, the zinc ions then undergo a reduction reaction, turning into solid zinc, which adheres to the steel's surface, forming a protective layer.
Zinc galvanizing is the ability to achieve a very uniform zinc coating thickness across the entire surface of the steel, including edges, corners, and complex shapes.
Benefit: The thickness of the zinc galvanizing can be tightly controlled by adjusting the duration of the process and the electric current's intensity. This allows for specific performance requirements to be met for different applications.
Hot-dip Galvanizing
Principle: In the hot-dip galvanizing process, steel components are fully submerged in a bath of molten zinc. The high temperature of the zinc bath causes a metallurgical reaction between the zinc and the surface of the metal, forming a series of zinc-iron alloy layers topped with a pure zinc layer. This multi-layered coating provides superior corrosion resistance, in this process zinc acts as a physical barrier, and it will corrode and sacrifice itself to protect the base metal if necessary.
Benefit: Although the initial cost may be higher compared to other surface treatment, the durability and low maintenance requirements make it more economical in the long term.
