Q: Do you have any transportation methods that do not require customs declaration?
A: We do not provide this service. Usually, you need to indicate them in the Bill of Lading (BL). If you have your own forwarder, we can assist you with the documentation.
Q: Can you accept cash on delivery?
A: Thank you for your inquiry! Unfortunately, we do not currently accept cash on delivery. However, we do offer flexible payment options, including wire transfer and letter of credit (LC). Our standard terms are 50% upfront payment, with the remaining balance due upon presentation of the bill of lading copy, or 100% LC.
