Q: How do you explain the high charges for the port of destination?
A: 1) For full container shipment, the destination port charge was charged by the shipping company. It's fixed and not negotiable. 2) For LCL shipment, it's charged by the shipping agency, we could double check the cost before arranging the shipment.
Q: The freight is high.
A: The freight is not stable and keeps changing. It will take about 4-5 weeks to produce, and maybe the freight will be better at that time. We can keep the price for you within 5% freight increase. And if freight decreases, we will deduct accordingly.
